Yes It’s inanimate and needs to be attached to an electrical outlet to energise on a regular basis, but it has become my constant companion of late. Sad isn’t it- to be attached to a gadget? But this is no ordinary gadget this is a toy with seemingly limitless possibility. It is truly an all- encompassing asset to modern life. I used to think my iPhone was marvellous, but the iPad is even more so.
And the apps for it? Well they’re in another league! And no I’m not being paid by apple to promote it- I am simply uncovering a wealth of features on a daily basis that have transformed me into one of its biggest fans.

The latest app is one called snap seed which was given FREE as a present from apple through its 12 days of Christmas app. It’s an amazingly powerful app that edits images and transforms the ordinary camera snap into a photographic masterpiece. I love it.
